Tell us about yourself, your family and where you live!

I live with my family in Litchfield, ME and have five beautiful children and two beautiful stepchildren.  I am married to my prince charming and we love spending time with our children.  We all love to go hiking, swimming and camping.  I am also a full time college student and hold a full time job. I am a busy woman but love my life.

How did you discover Smiley360?

I discovered Smiley360 from my cousin who got me hooked!  I registered and the rest is history. I recommend Smiley360 to everyone I know. I log into my account a couple times a week and always make sure my surveys are completed. I love trying new products and giving my opinions about them!

What’s your favorite thing about being a Smiley member?

My favorite thing about being a Smiley member is trying out new products. Some products I have never heard of and cannot live without them now.

What has been your favorite Smiley Mission you have ever done and why?

My favorite Mission was BIC Mark-It! My kids and I decorated so many items with these markers.  It was awesome to have a project from Smiley360!

How do you share when you’re on a Mission?

I share Missions with my mommy freebie group each week, online on Facebook and Twitter, on the Smiley360 website, on the Walmart website, with co-workers and by talking to new people.

Do you think it is important for brands to listen to their customers? Why?

Yes! All brands should listen to their customers because we are the ones buying the products. We know what we like and we tell everyone we know if it is a good or bad product.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

Jamaica! I would love to be able to take a vacation/honeymoon with my husband. Jamaica is where we originally planned and will go one day. The beaches are gorgeous!

What brands or products would you love to see on a Smiley Mission soon? 

There are many things I would like to see Smiley offer… Maybe some nail polish, make-up, shampoo and conditioner, kids toys, learning toys, more arts and crafts and also some electronics!

I’m a busy stay at home, homeschooling mom to 4 girls here in beautiful Oregon. My husband and I have been married for 11 years. I love being with my family and spending time crafting, cooking and reading.

How did you discover Smiley360?

I had a friend tell me about it and how much they loved it, so I signed up and I’ve been an active member ever since!

What do you like about being a Smiley member?

I love having the chance to try products and services out and sharing my experience with others.

What has been your favorite Smiley360 Mission you have ever done and why?

I really loved the BIC Mark-It Mission. They were so much fun and I love being crafty. We’ve gotten a lot of use out of those markers.

How do you share when you’re on a Mission?

I try to share a few times a week, but if it is something I really love or is extra special, I’ll share more often than that.

Do you think it is important for brands to listen to their customers? Why?

I think that the brands that listen to what their customers are saying are going to have the products that beat their expectations. Who better to tell you what they want to buy than the people that are actually doing the purchasing?

Given the choice of anyone in the world, whom would you want as a dinner guest?

My dinner guest would be Laura Ingalls Wilder, hands down.

What brands or products could you not live without?

I couldn’t live without the Kitchen Aid brand and any product or brand that makes me continue to enjoy being in the kitchen or be a faster housekeeper is a keeper for me :)

What is your role at Smiley?

I am a Software Quality Assurance Tester at Smiley. I help the IT team with software testing, bug fixes, database analysis and reporting.

Where are you from and how long have you been with Smiley?

I’m from Bangalore, India and I’ve lived in Jersey City, New Jersey for the past 2 years. I have been working for Smiley since November, 2013.

What is the best part about your job?

Variance in day to day activities. No day is exactly the same. There are always new challenges and requests for information that keeps it interesting.

What has been your favorite Mission so far?

Snuggle and Nature’s Bounty Gummies.

What are three things you can’t live without?

Family & Friends, Music and Hope.

What is one thing you’d like to say to members of the Smiley community?

Thank you for taking the time to become a Smiley member, we value your time and support.

Tell us about yourself, your family and where you live!

I live in Columbia City, Indiana. I am married with two girls, a boy, and a stepdaughter. My husband and I have been married since May 14th, 2011 and he is an amazing stepfather. I lost my father in August but I still have a mother and two sisters. We have a fish named Clouse and a dog named Willow. I am currently a stay-at-home mom.

How did you discover Smiley360?

I found Smiley360 through a friend. She was posting to her Facebook about the company and I got interested in it and clicked to learn more. I am very happy that I did.

What’s your favorite thing about being a Smiley member?

My favorite thing about being a Smiley member is being able to try items that I have seen in ads and have always wanted to try but I just haven’t gotten the chance to. I also love being able to get the products out there through my Facebook and my blog to let my friends and family know all about them. I would never have bought some of the products unless I got to try them first. Plus there is a form of fulfillment when you review things for companies. You feel like you are really making a difference and that your voice is being heard in a positive way.

What has been your favorite Smiley Mission you have ever done and why?

My favorite Mission so far was BIC Mark-It. My whole family enjoys drawing and making crafts, so these were perfect. The extra craft supplies were amazing as well. My kids have gotten so much use out of everything that came in the package and there were many smiles in this household!

How do you share when you’re on a Mission?

When I’m on a Mission I share in many different ways. I post on Twitter and Facebook as well as my blog to reach as many people as I possibly can. I also share verbally with my friends, family members and even strangers in the grocery store.

Do you think it is important for brands to listen to their customers? Why?

It is very important for brands to listen to their customers. We provide the important feedback that they need to know if their products need to be improved or if they are great the way they are. They can find out so many important things from us that may help them to reach more people, make better products and make more money. You can make any kind of product that you want but if you don’t have customers that like and want to buy your product, companies will go nowhere.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

 

If I could go anywhere in the world, I would go to Paris. They have so many beautiful things there that you could sightsee for weeks. I have always wanted to see the Eiffel Tower. I am sure pictures of it don’t do it justice. I would also like to see the Louvre Museum. Art is one of my passions and that is the best place in the world to go to see spectacular pieces of art.

 

What brands or products would you love to see on a Smiley Mission soon?

 

I would like to see some injury related items like heating pads, wraps, splints, gel pain rubs, pain patches and other things of that nature that people use on a daily basis. I would also like to see Ziploc products, toilet paper products, paper towels, napkins, paper plates. I would also like to try products that people use regularly but may not be happy with the brand that they currently use and are looking to try out others but just don’t know where to start.

I’m Shannon and I live in Los Angeles, CA. I’m a super mom raising a super active family. Trying to keep up with them is a real big task!

What’s your favorite thing about being a Smiley member?

My favorite thing about being a member of Smiley360 would definitely be the Missions and the customer service. I say customer service because each Mission I have received was always neatly packaged and never damaged. The presentation and the time Smiley360 puts into preparing each of our Missions let me know that they really care about their members.

What has been your favorite Smiley Mission you have ever done and why?

The Mission I have enjoyed the most was the Centrum Flavor Burst Mission. I enjoyed the flavors, and loved sharing them with family and friends. We still buy them to this day.

How do you share when you’re on a Mission?

When I’m on a Mission I love to share through Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. I also think that actual interaction with those I share with helps to really get people to try new products. Others are able to see you try out a product and you can then share the same experience with them.

Do you think it is important for brands to listen to their customers? Why?

I think that it is really important for brands to listen to their customers. Without our opinions, products would not make it to the shelves. As the consumer we provide valuable information that is needed to help make the product better.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

If I could go anywhere in the world, I would love to go to France. I enjoy the culture and they have awesome food.

What brands or products would you love to see on a Smiley Mission soon? 

I would like to see Missions where we can try household products or electronic gadgets.
