Hi! My name is Crystal and I’m originally from Louisiana, now living in Florida. I’m a wife and mother. I have one son and a step-daughter. I love digital scrap-booking and finding the best deals on products that we love.
How did you discover Smiley360?
I discovered Smiley360 in 2012. I was browsing blogs and read a post about Smiley360. The blogger explained what Smiley360 was and how to sign up. I signed up that day.
What do you like about being a Smiley member?
I love being a Smiley member because I get to try/test products that I wouldn’t normally buy and share what I think.
What has been your favorite Smiley360 mission you have ever done and why?
This is a hard one. I’ve done many missions and at the time of each mission the current product was my favorite. I believe overall my favorite was the Advil Congestion Relief. It gives me so much relief when it comes to sinus pressure and it’s still my first choice.
How do you share when you’re on a mission?
When I’m on a mission, I always share on Facebook, Twitter and my blog. My favorite way to share is word of mouth.
Do you think it is important for brands to listen to their customers? Why?
I think it is important for brands to listen to their customers, because we are the consumers. We know what we want. We know what works for us and our families. Our feedback is important.
If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
If? I already have a superpower. I’m a mom. I see everything.
What brands or products could you not live without?
There is only one product that I could not live without and it’s ChapStick. It’s possible that I’m addicted to it.
