I eat sunflower seeds and apples usually.. really want to try something with butternut squash, Where can I find some recipes ??
when i worked i always took snacks and my food with me. i did not want to eat the high fat snacks out of the machine and there were no cafes near where i worked. i would take fruit like apples, bananas, etc, trail mix, cut up veggies. for lunch i would take salads, healthy sandwiches and soup. i kept healthy snacks in my desk.
These are great choices, I just don’t dig cranberries to much bot everything else is perfect.#GoodGoing:)

Cut it in half, deseed it put in baking dish, n to center well of squash add Lil brown sugar n a pad of butter.
Bake @ 350* till fork tender.
