Frozen Ginger To Help Nausea

If you are feeling sick to your stomach, infuse some ginger in hot water. Then, strain it and put the mixture into ice cube trays and freeze them.  To soothe your stomach, crush the cubes and suck on the icy ginger pieces!

A Spoonful Of Sugar Helps The Hiccups Go Away!

If you have a relentless case of the hiccups, swallow 1-2 teaspoons of sugar.  The dry granules help reset the irritated nerve that causes the hiccups. You could do this with any other dry, grainy substance (like salt for example), but sugar definitely tastes the best. 🙂

Moisturize Your Lips With Olive Oil

If you suffer from chapped lips, rather than buying chapstick get some olive oil instead!  Rub anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and moisturizing olive oil on your lips two or three times a day to soothe and lubricate your lips.  They’ll feel better instantly, and heal within a few days!
