A classic for a reason! Running, as everyone knows, is great cardio. It may not be for everyone though, so if running is too much for you — you can always stick to a brisk power walk! As long as you’re up and moving.

Something that’s fun and good for your health? Sign us up! We may not always realize when we’re sweating on the dance floor that it’s actually an amazing form of cadio! There are tons of dance workouts to choose from online. So, whatever your personal style is …there’s a dance for you!

Biking

Whether you’re outside enjoying a beautiful day or in a group fitness class, cycling is an excellent way to get your cardio in! That’s the great thing about this particular exercise — you can do this one at your own pace. You can even do it on your way to work or getting groceries! So easy. That’s what we call multitasking.

Jump Rope

Throwing it back to childhood with this one. You may have jumped rope on the playground in elementary school, but did you know it’s also a great source of cardio? Who knew! Go pick up a jump rope and relive your youth!

Squats

Squats are great to break a sweat and to get looking great! A great tip to get those squats in is to do ten every time you go to the bathroom at work. Before you know it, you’re a squatting machine!

Lunges
