How Can I Qualify For A Mission?
You’ve probably seen a pretty awesome kit that a member received on a Smiley Mission and wondered how you get your hands on one. You’re offered Missions to match your lifestyle, so make sure your profile is accurate and up-to-date so we know what to send you! Answer all the surveys that come your way and it won’t be long before the perfect Mission comes along. Just because you don’t qualify for one Mission, don’t worry—you can be the ideal person for the next Mission.
Where Is My Kit?
You’ve accepted a new Mission and now it’s the hard part—waiting for your kit! Smiley kits typically take around 2-4 weeks to reach you after you accept a Mission. Why does is vary? It depends on what part of the US you reside in—west coasters will most likely receive their kits a bit later then the east coasters as we ship kits out from the grand state of New Jersey. Look out for an email from us with a tracking number for your package. If it hasn’t arrived by the fifth week, let us know!
How Do I Complete My Mission?
This is a very common question from members, especially after we send you an email reminding you to share, share, share! Complete your Mission by using each of the required Sharing Tools (usually Facebook, Twitter, Face2Face and Smiley Connect—but this can change on different Missions) and receiving the minimum number of points to earn your Mission Badge. Once the Mission ends, it’s no longer possible to share and earn points—so watch that end date!
How Long Do I Have To Wait For My Next Mission?
It really depends on when new Missions launch. The number of Missions that launch could vary from one a week to three a week! Just be sure to frequently check your Dashboard for new opportunities.
I Don’t Reside In The U.S., Can I Still Be A Smiley Member?
We would love to welcome Smiley members from the whole world but sadly, we only ship within the United States. If there are any plans for expansion, we’ll be sure to let you know!
Facebook And Twitter Are Not My Thing. Can I Still Qualify For Missions?
A Smiley member is socially savvy! Facebook and Twitter are key social media outlets to share your opinion on products you’ve tried. They allow us to share our opinions to a wide audience to help both brands and consumers learn from your product experiences.
