Here at Smiley360, we love our community–which is why we set aside some time each month to recognize and appreciate the members who help make our community the amazing place it is!

This month, Irla L. caught our attention, between all of her great activity within the Smiley community, to her creative sharing on her Smiley Missions. So, we’ve decided to get to know her a little better!

Here’s what we’ve learned about Irla:

How long have you been a Smiley360 member, and what’s your favorite thing about being a part of the Smiley Community?

I have been member for over two years and my favorite part of being a Smiley 360 member is that I can try products for free before purchase, and share my thoughts with family and friends.

What has been your favorite Smiley Mission ever, and why?

This is hard but here’s some of my favorites:

I liked Sleep Number Mission because it gave me the opportunity to get to know more about the brand. They have such amazing products and the technology is beyond what I expected.
Ab Cuts is another one of my favorites! I have being trying to tone my abs and with Ab Cuts finally I am seeing results.
The L’il Critters Mission was great because my kids really love these gummy vitamins–they were happy and excited about taking them!

What’s your favorite way to share on a Mission and why?

I like sharing on Instagram and Twitter. These are two favorite social media platforms and I have the most followers on them. So, most of my friends can see what I share.

When you try out brand products, your opinion counts–not only for other consumers, but also for the brand! Why do you feel it’s important for brands to listen to their consumers?

It’s very important that brands listen to their consumers’ feedback because it is a great way for brands to understand whether their consumers are enjoying a product. It helps brands know what is liked and disliked, and allows them to  improve the quality of their products.

What is your best tip for sharing quality posts when you’re on a Mission?

It is important to always be honest about a product even if you don’t like it because that is what this community is all about. You can help other people to make the best decision of what to buy as well as give the brand feedback to better their products. It is also important to use the correct hashtags and to tag everything that the Mission asks for and when taking pictures, and make sure to feature the brand name so your friends and followers understand what product you’re trying out!

What brands or products would you love to see on an upcoming Mission?

I would love to see more allergy products, skin care, make-up, and toy Missions! Some of the brands that I’d like to see in future Missions are Meyer’s, Sea Moisturize, and Philosophy!

We love getting to know our members better. Tell us a fun fact about yourself!

I think butterflies are beautiful, from a distance, but I don’t like to see them flying near me  because I am afraid of them!
