Tell us about yourself, your family and where you live!

I live in Columbia City, Indiana. I am married with two girls, a boy, and a stepdaughter. My husband and I have been married since May 14th, 2011 and he is an amazing stepfather. I lost my father in August but I still have a mother and two sisters. We have a fish named Clouse and a dog named Willow. I am currently a stay-at-home mom.

How did you discover Smiley360?

I found Smiley360 through a friend. She was posting to her Facebook about the company and I got interested in it and clicked to learn more. I am very happy that I did.

What’s your favorite thing about being a Smiley member?

My favorite thing about being a Smiley member is being able to try items that I have seen in ads and have always wanted to try but I just haven’t gotten the chance to. I also love being able to get the products out there through my Facebook and my blog to let my friends and family know all about them. I would never have bought some of the products unless I got to try them first. Plus there is a form of fulfillment when you review things for companies. You feel like you are really making a difference and that your voice is being heard in a positive way.

What has been your favorite Smiley Mission you have ever done and why?

My favorite Mission so far was BIC Mark-It. My whole family enjoys drawing and making crafts, so these were perfect. The extra craft supplies were amazing as well. My kids have gotten so much use out of everything that came in the package and there were many smiles in this household!

How do you share when you’re on a Mission?

When I’m on a Mission I share in many different ways. I post on Twitter and Facebook as well as my blog to reach as many people as I possibly can. I also share verbally with my friends, family members and even strangers in the grocery store.

Do you think it is important for brands to listen to their customers? Why?

It is very important for brands to listen to their customers. We provide the important feedback that they need to know if their products need to be improved or if they are great the way they are. They can find out so many important things from us that may help them to reach more people, make better products and make more money. You can make any kind of product that you want but if you don’t have customers that like and want to buy your product, companies will go nowhere.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

 

If I could go anywhere in the world, I would go to Paris. They have so many beautiful things there that you could sightsee for weeks. I have always wanted to see the Eiffel Tower. I am sure pictures of it don’t do it justice. I would also like to see the Louvre Museum. Art is one of my passions and that is the best place in the world to go to see spectacular pieces of art.

 

What brands or products would you love to see on a Smiley Mission soon?

 

I would like to see some injury related items like heating pads, wraps, splints, gel pain rubs, pain patches and other things of that nature that people use on a daily basis. I would also like to see Ziploc products, toilet paper products, paper towels, napkins, paper plates. I would also like to try products that people use regularly but may not be happy with the brand that they currently use and are looking to try out others but just don’t know where to start.
