Tell us about yourself, your family and where you live!
I live with my family in Wilson, NC. I have several children–human and pets. I love them all immensely! I’m single and living life to the max! We love hitting the beach, cooking on the grill, and working out. We live a healthy lifestyle and try to pay it forward whenever possible.
How did you discover Smiley360?
I discovered Smiley360 from an online friend who recommended it. I registered and looked around the site, and thought wow, what a great opportunity to try products and be able to give my opinion on them. Is this for real? I now log on several times a day everyday just to check out the great missions and rate products. I love it!
What do you like about being a Smiley member?
The items that I have been selected for and get to try out. You only get selected for products that are applicable to you and your lifestyle. I like that. I have participated in so many missions. I LOVE that! I can’t believe how many I have qualified for. You receive the products so quickly too. I have received some items that would have been extremely expensive to purchase. I have also received numerous items from Smiley360 missions that have replaced items I used to purchase.
What has been your favorite Smiley360 mission you have ever done and why?
I believe that would be the Sleep Number Dual Temp Layer Mattress mission in which we received a free Sleep Number Pillow for trying out mattresses for comfort and giving feedback. I went to a Greenville store and tried out mattresses and these particular mattresses were so amazing in comfort. I actually went and bought one! It is so wonderful to get a great night’s sleep now. And I soooo loved the free pillow I received as well for going and just trying out mattresses!! That was one awesome, awesome mission!!
How do you share when you’re on a mission?
Good question! I share on the Smiley360 site numerous ways. I share on Facebook, Twitter, conversations with coworkers a lot!! I also participate in a lot of sites on the weekends that have chat rooms in which I share with folks too. I pass out coupons with people in stores while I am shopping, especially when I notice people with coupons, then I know they will use them, as I don’t want to give a coupon to someone who won’t use it. I also rate products through the Smiley360 site quite a bit. Additionally, I will go onto the actual brand sites and provide feedback there.
Do you think it is important for brands to listen to their customers? Why?
Absolutely! It’s great for a company to get that feedback, as when they hear the pluses and where the improvement is needed, it helps them implement the changes in order to be successful in selling their products. So they need that. Plus if they get their products out there and get people using and talking about them, that can be the networking boost that they need to market. Win win…
If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
You know, I don’t know about a superpower, but I would love to have more money because I would help more charities. I do give a lot of money to support them, and I wish I had more to give.
What brands or products could you not live without?
Oh gosh, a soft toilet paper, a tough paper towel, a great teeth whitener, excellent laundry detergent, and a great dishwasher cleanser.
