Tell us about yourself, your family and where you live!
I am a single parent of a beautiful 12 year old daughter. We have a cat (she is my furbaby) and we live in Michigan.
How did you discover Smiley360?
I discovered Smiley360 when I saw a friend post something from Smiley and I thought it was neat so I had to check it out!
What do you like about being a Smiley member?
I love being a Smiley 360 member because I get to try out many products that I might never get to try. Some products I just don’t buy because I fear I may not like them and do not want to waste the money. With Smiley, I try them and then I get to give my opinion and I lose nothing. I think the best part is that I get to share my opinion with others and I get their opinions back.
What has been your favorite Smiley360 mission you have ever done and why?
The BIC Mark-It Mission was so fun! It gave my daughter and I a great project to do together, we made beautiful wind chimes and had a blast doing it! The markers were awesome and a great set to have in the house. The Centrum Flavor Bursts were great because I did not really take vitamins like I should, these taste great and are easy. Because of this mission, I now take my vitamins daily and so does my daughter!
How do you share when you’re on a mission?
When I am on a mission I share in many ways. I share on Facebook, Twitter, Face2Face, and on the phone with friends and family. Also when I am out in the stores shopping and I see people looking at a product I have tried from Smiley360, I will let them know about the product and give them my opinion on it.
Do you think it is important for brands to listen to their customers? Why?
I think it is very important for brands to listen to their customers because we as the customers are the ones buying and using the products. If we are not happy then we will not continue to buy the product. I also feel that word of mouth is a very big deal and if one customer is unhappy they will tell 10 people and then those 10 people will tell 10 people and it will go on and on. If a brand listens to all the good and bad I think it can make or break a company.
If you could have one superpower, what would it be?
If I had one superpower it would be…wow one? Can I pick 2? Telepathy, and I really want the power of healing the sick. I have seen 6 very young children under 10 years of age die of cancer in the last few months. I would cure all diseases, I want everyone to be healthy and happy! No parent should have to lose a child. Yes, that is most important to me, no more illness, no cancer or other sick diseases!
What brands or products could you not live without?
I could not live with out my Keurig Brewer, my coffee for my Keurig Brewer, my iPad, my cell phone, and of course my daughter (I know she is not a product, she is a product of me LOL).
