Tell us about yourself, your family and where you live!

I am a wife of ten years to my wonderful husband and a mommy to two little boys who are ages six and two. We live in Austin, TX with our dog, cat, turtle and chameleon!

How did you discover Smiley360?

I discovered Smiley360 from a blog called hip2save. My friend said to hurry over to see if you qualify for a Mission and I went over and signed up and never looked back.

What’s your favorite thing about being a Smiley member?

Of course I absolutely love the Missions and sharing my feedback. What I truly enjoy is the fact that my friends and family now ask me frequently if I gotten any Smiley goodies lately. My nine year-old niece comes to my house and asks if I have any goodies to share with her. I have been able to share products, coupons, and my experience with the program, as well as raise awareness-all of which has been fantastic.

What has been your favorite Smiley Mission you have ever done and why?

The Mission for Nature’s Bounty Hair, Skin and Nails Gummies has been my favorite so far.  I was fairly unfamiliar with the product, so being able to try a full sized product to test the true product effectiveness was great.  I have since purchased four bottles.

How do you share when you’re on a Mission?

I share with all of my Smiley Sharing Tools, such as Facebook, Twitter and Smiley Connect. I think I have made the most impact by sharing with my mommy group (that I meet with once a week) and my book club.  Also, my husband and I frequently have friends over for dinner, which is another way I have been able to share my experiences. My family who does not live nearby loves to get the coupons. I help them to find the best deals!

Do you think it is important for brands to listen to their customers? Why?

It is incredibly important for a company to stay in tune with its ideal consumer.  Social media and technology are really changing the way we communicate about products and there is a need to respond very quickly to consumer feedback.  Positive as well as negative experiences can spread rapidly, so it seems like a task that companies need to have a really strong grasp on to stay in tune with customer likes and dislikes.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

I would go to Ireland.  My husband and his family are Irish and I think it would be amazing to take my kids there to learn about the culture and family history.

What brands or products would you love to see on a Smiley Mission soon?

I would love to see face washes, creams and serums.  I also would like to see things for the kitchen.  I love to cook so anything to try for the kitchen – food, beverages, cookware, utensils, etc.
