I’m Shannon and I live in Los Angeles, CA. I’m a super mom raising a super active family. Trying to keep up with them is a real big task!

What’s your favorite thing about being a Smiley member?

My favorite thing about being a member of Smiley360 would definitely be the Missions and the customer service. I say customer service because each Mission I have received was always neatly packaged and never damaged. The presentation and the time Smiley360 puts into preparing each of our Missions let me know that they really care about their members.

What has been your favorite Smiley Mission you have ever done and why?

The Mission I have enjoyed the most was the Centrum Flavor Burst Mission. I enjoyed the flavors, and loved sharing them with family and friends. We still buy them to this day.

How do you share when you’re on a Mission?

When I’m on a Mission I love to share through Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. I also think that actual interaction with those I share with helps to really get people to try new products. Others are able to see you try out a product and you can then share the same experience with them.

Do you think it is important for brands to listen to their customers? Why?

I think that it is really important for brands to listen to their customers. Without our opinions, products would not make it to the shelves. As the consumer we provide valuable information that is needed to help make the product better.

If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?

If I could go anywhere in the world, I would love to go to France. I enjoy the culture and they have awesome food.

What brands or products would you love to see on a Smiley Mission soon? 

I would like to see Missions where we can try household products or electronic gadgets.
