Featured Member: Stacy

Here at Smiley360, we love our community–which is why we set aside some time each month to recognize and appreciate the members who help make our community the amazing place it is!

This month, Stacy C. caught our attention, between all of her great activity within the Smiley community, to her creative sharing on her Smiley Missions. So, we’ve decided to get to know her a little better!

Here’s what we’ve learned about Stacy:

How long have you been a Smiley360 member, and what’s your favorite thing about being a part of the Smiley Community?

I’ve been a Smiley member since June 2013. My favorite part of being in the community is trying new products and sharing information about them, especially if they are brand new products on the market, it makes me feel like I’m getting a sneak peek before everyone else!

What has been your favorite Smiley Mission ever, and why?

My favorite mission was Nescafe with Coffee Mate because I’m a caffeine junkie!

What’s your favorite way to share on a Mission and why?

My favorite platform to share on is Instagram.  It’s my favorite because it’s the easiest to capture the audience’s attention. Think of it this way, people log on to Instagram to see great pictures, that’s half the battle won! They came to see, so now it’s up to me to write something interesting and tag the brand . Instagram is really easy and attention catching!

When you try out brand products, your opinion counts–not only for other consumers, but also for the brand! Why do you feel it’s important for brands to listen to their consumers?

It’s important for brands to have a platform to interact with consumers. I often see brands on Facebook especially, responding to customer questions and complaints with a generic automated type response. I think this type of reaction from the brand devalues the customer’s opinion and loyalty is compromised. It is important for brands to hear the authentic feedback from their consumers.
 

What is your best tip for sharing quality posts when you’re on a Mission?

Best tip for sharing is to start with a great picture.  It will encourage the reader to stop scrolling and they will be more likely read information in the post! Also,proofread before you post, I’ve been a victim of crazy auto-correct mishaps!

What brands or products would you love to see on an upcoming Mission?

Right now I’m more than slightly obsessed with the brand IT Cosmetics.  They have a wide range of products from skincare to makeup that’s on the forefront of changing the way women feel about beauty. I would love to see a Mission with IT Cosmetics!

We love getting to know our members better. Tell us a fun fact about yourself!

I always seem get the worst case of the giggles at the most inappropriate times, causing people to give me that ” How old are you!? ” look. I’m also a mischievous prankster!
