Here at Smiley360, we love our community–which is why we set aside some time each month to recognize and appreciate the members who help make our community the amazing place it is!

This month, Yajaira H. caught our attention, between all of her great activity within the Smiley community, to her creative sharing on her Smiley Missions. So, we’ve decided to get to know her a little better!

Here’s what we’ve learned about Yajaira:

How long have you been a Smiley360 member, and what’s your favorite thing about being a part of the Smiley Community?

I have been a Smiley member for about 2 years. My favorite thing about being a part of the Smiley360 community is that I am able to try brands that I never used before and it is even better when I discover that I like them!

What has been your favorite Smiley Mission ever, and why?

It’s so hard to choose just one favorite Smiley Mission because each one has been such a good experience. If I have to choose one, it would be the Culturelle Kids Mission. I loved this Mission because it was my first experience with this brand and now it is a family favorite! I finally got a solution for my kid’s constipation.

What’s your favorite way to share on a Mission and why?

My favorite way to share on a Mission is on Twitter, I am always sure to tag the brands. It’s my favorite because the brands have more interaction there. I usually get feedback about my post, I appreciate that!

When you try out brand products, your opinion counts–not only for other consumers, but also for the brand! Why do you feel it’s important for brands to listen to their consumers?

It is important to offer our honest opinion to brands because it allows them to know what their consumers are looking for and offer us better services or products.

What is your best tip for sharing quality posts when you’re on a Mission?

One of the most important things when sharing about Mission is to be honest. That gives us credibility with brands and our followers. Taking good pictures is always a plus. Photos with plenty of light and a clear background always get a positive reaction! Hashtags are necessary because they allow our posts to be seen by more people and therefore get the word out about a product.

What brands or products would you love to see on an upcoming Mission?

I would love to try shoes or sneakers, makeup products, or appliances. I can make a big list, but I really enjoy all the missions that I get to try.

We love getting to know our members better. Tell us a fun fact about yourself!

I’m a mom of 2 and I love to shop and cook. I also love learn about new things and try new products. My friends, family and neighbors always ask me about products or services before making any purchases. I always have a sample or opinion for them. They make me feel like an expert and that’s fun for me!
