What is your role at Smiley?

I am the Insights Manager–I design and analyze the surveys you take on Smiley360 to qualify for Missions and give your feedback after Missions are over. I also design and analyze the community surveys so that we can learn more about our members and make your Smiley360 experience even better!

Where are you from and how long have you been with Smiley?

I’m originally from Boulder, Colorado, and I have been with Smiley since March of 2014.

What is the best part about your job?

I’m a huge data nerd so I really enjoy being able to aggregate people’s responses and sum things up with numbers.

What has been your favorite mission so far?

The ARM & HAMMER Clump & Seal cat litter Mission. I loved seeing everyone’s kitty pictures, especially during the Twitter party!

What are three things you can’t live without?

My 3 sweet cats (they count as one thing, right?)–Queen, Boo Boo and RePete. The internet–I do almost everything online nowadays. A space to call my own.

What is one thing you’d like to say to members of the Smiley community?

Don’t get discouraged if you think you are perfect for a Mission but don’t qualify. Often, brands are looking for a very specific type of person–you may not be that person this time, but you could be next time! Be honest when answering surveys and something just right for you will come up!
