It is officially fall and for many, that means football season is in full swing! I enjoy nothing better then spending my Sunday’s watching the games and snacking all day long. This is one of the biggest hits at all of our football parties.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked

2- 8oz packs of cream cheese softened

3/4 cup of franks red hot pepper sauce

3/4 cup ranch dressing (you can use blue cheese but I am not fond of blue cheese)

shredded cheddar cheese to cover

tortilla chips or celery

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Shred chicken and put into a pan (you can use a frying pan or a saucepan)

Add hot sauce, cream cheese, and ranch or blue cheese dressing. Heat, stirring often until all ingredients are combined well (cream cheese will not be lumpy at all)

Pour mixture into 8×8 baking dish. Cover top with shredded cheese. Place in oven for approximately 20-30 minutes. Should be hot and bubbly and all cheese melted. Let cool slightly before serving.

Serve with tortilla chips, celery, or anything else you like! I actually enjoy this even more the second day. It can be reheated in the oven (covered with foil) or in the microwave.
