September Featured Member: Hollie N.

We love our community here at Smiley360—which is why we set aside some time each month to recognize and appreciate the members who help make Smiley the amazing place it is!

This month, Hollie N. caught our attention with her great activity within the Smiley Community and with her all-star sharing on Smiley Missions. So, we’ve decided to get to know her a little better!

Here’s what we’ve learned about Hollie:

Q: How long have you been a Smiley Member and what’s your favorite thing about being a part of the Smiley360 community?

A: I’ve been a Smiley Member for a little over a year. My favorite thing about being a part of this amazing community is having the ability to connect with like-minded individuals and being able to share experiences with one another.

Q: What has been your favorite Smiley Mission ever and why?
A: Honestly, it’s tough to decide my favorite Smiley Mission because I’ve really enjoyed them all! If I had to choose, I’d have to say Kaboom® Foam-Tastic. This Mission was especially great because I was able to try a product that I never used before and now it’s the only product I clean my bathroom with. If I wasn’t given the opportunity to sample this product, I might have never discovered such an effective and time-saving product!


Q: What is your favorite way to share on a Mission and why? 

A: My favorite way to share on a Mission is through Instagram. I feel like the best way to promote a product is with an eye-catching photo.

Q: When you try different brand’s products, your opinion counts not only for other consumers but also for the brand. Why do you feel it’s important for brands to listen to their consumers?
A: I feel it’s important for brands to listen to their consumers because they are the ones purchasing and using their products every day. Consumers know what they want and if brands listen to them they will get great feedback on what’s working vs. not working and will be able to make the necessary adjustments to have a product that is loved by their consumers.

 

Q: What is your best tip for sharing quality posts when you’re on a Mission?                A: My best advice for sharing a quality photo is to have great lighting! Good lighting is key! I also feel that it’s important to be 100% honest and thorough in your written review. Consumers want to hear about your personal experience with the product whether good or bad. Being genuine helps you build your credibility among friends and followers, thus building trust among them. A good review paired with a great picture will for sure get the likes rolling in.

Q: What brands or products would you love to see in an upcoming Mission?
A: I am an animal lover as I own three dogs. With that being said, I would love to see upcoming Missions for pet brands like Purina®, Hartz®, Greenies®, and Nylabone®. I also love doing my makeup so it would be nice to see some Missions that are related to skincare and cosmetics. It would be cool to be apart of a Burt’s Bees®, e.l.f. Cosmetics®, Revlon®, or L’Oreal® Mission.

Q: We love getting to know our members better. Tell us a fun fact about yourself!
A: I love animals, photography, nature, and writing. I’m the biggest American Horror Story fan!
